Our goal is to provide a refreshingly positive experience and to raise the standard of Pilates training offered in the Greensboro area.
Our guests enjoy an atmosphere of relaxation and cleanliness in our upscale boutique fitness studio and holistic wellness center, while receiving the friendliest service by our professional staff. Our instructors provide expert knowledge to help clients focus on their needs and meet their goals. Each student trains one-on-one with a classically certified instructor prior to taking any group classes. Our method of private instruction empowers the client, giving them a holistic perspective on Pilates.
Core Integrity Pilates sets the bar for outstanding instruction in Pilates, Barre and group fitness. On our state-of-the-art equipment, clients learn the proper technique for each exercise. The tools provided at CIP allow clients to protect their bodies and move in the most efficient manner. Training at CIP gives you the ability to efficiently take a mat class anywhere where proper feedback, safety tips and correctional cues are not always given.
