Simply follow the easy steps below:

How to Get Started

STEP 1: Please fill out the Liability and Health Intake Google Forms linked below

STEP 2: IMPORTANT

Please set up your personal account profile in Wellness Living (Wellness Living/CoreIntegrity)

Wellness Living is our online Client Portal and scheduling system where we both can keep track of schedules, billing, contact information, etc. It also links you to all our auto-communications like booking confirmations and our CIP e-newsletter.

Please be sure to add your name/address as well as contact phone/email contact and billing information.

(If you prefer to pay cash/check at any time, you may; however, we still need to have a credit/debit card on file in order to hold your appointment.)

Once your personal account is set up in Wellness Living, you can:

sign up for the Introductory Package of 3 Private Sessions (available 1x to new clients)
sign up for the Introductory Package of 3 DUET Sessions (you + a friend)
sign up for the (available 1x to new clients)
purchase the Contrology Vault and get started with our home workouts

• view your personal schedule - both past and future
• register and pay for special events/classes
• change your billing information / bank card on your account as necessary

(please note you are responsible for keeping this information up-to-date

should your card be lost/stolen or expire)

update personal contact information at any time

Please note:

we do require 24-hr advance notice for cancellations and schedule changes.

Changes to your schedule outside the 24-hr requested window will be charged in full.

All in-studio appointments are personally arranged directly with the studio.
