* 14.8 x 8.5 * HUGE window with natural light and beautiful drapes * High ceilings, exposed wood beams, soft lighting and ceiling fan
* Comes outfitted with a contoured, high-end massage table, rug, coat hooks, chair, wall shelves and storage cubbies. All you need to bring are your own sheets for the table and industry specific tools on your rental days.
* Private interior entrance (no need to worry about the weather!)
* Shared waiting area within the back studio; including WiFi
* Access to clean public, upscale restrooms
* Shared tenant kitchenette
* A super-clean, toxic-free extended studio

We still have flexible shared availability in 2024 and possibly will be offering it full time in 2025. Rentals can be priced per treatment session, per day, per week or month, depending on the renter's needs.
