Core Card balances (your CIP “bank account”) can be used for all services: private sessions, group classes, GYROTONIC®, retail items, and more.
Note: Core Card balances are shareable within families active on the Wellness Living system. Funds are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire after 4 months.
Client Expectations and Studio Etiquette
To maintain a supportive, respectful environment, we ask that all clients adhere to the following:

Respect the Space: Keep politics and religion outside the studio. We focus on movement and want everyone to feel safe and respected.

Phones and Jewelry stay OFF or OUT: Leave phones in your car. Leave jewelry at home. If phones must come in, please silence them. If you do have jewelry on, please leave it in your bag/cubby.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Sessions not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. You get one “free pass” for a late cancellation/no-show per year, so use it wisely.

Tardiness: For safety, you may not attend group classes if you arrive 10+ minutes late. For private sessions, the session will end on time. Please notify your instructor if there are extenuating circumstances.

Wellness Living Account: Manage your account through Wellness Living, where you can book sessions, check your balance, and update payment information. Download the Achieve App for iOS.

Hair and Hygiene: Before entering the studio, long hair must be securely tied back for safety and sanitation. You need to lay flat on your back without obstruction, so choose hair styles that are either high (like genie ponytail or bun) or low (like french braid or pony) on head. Body lotions and synthetic fragrances are prohibited—please arrive fragrance-free and non-greasy.

Updated Agreements: All clients must sign the updated liability and purchase policies in Wellness Living before their next session. CIP VIPs must also review and sign the new Core Card agreements prior to their next balance reload.
Accounting Updates:

Credit Card Surcharge: A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. To avoid this, pay with cash or check. (You will be asked to specify if you are using debit or credit at checkout)

Credit Card Information: Please keep your payment details updated in Wellness Living. A $25 admin fee applies for outdated information if we have to chase you down. Download the Achieve App for iOS.

Rate Increases: Starting June 1, 2025, our rates will increase, but CIP VIPs will see additional savings. If this poses a challenge, contact Amanda or Hope to explore options.
Scheduling Updates:

Group Equipment Classes: Open-level for all clients who've completed an intro offer. Advanced classes require instructor approval.

ClassPass Integration: Some of our open level and beginner friendly classes are now available to ClassPass users, but CIP clients always take priority. Book at least 48 hours in advance to secure your spot.

Advanced Class Booking: You can book up to 6 months in advance. Please monitor your schedule and be sure to rebook as needed, as recurring reservations expire after 6 months. Please do not rely on your instructors to manage your advanced class bookings or cancellations.

Recurring Appointments: Instructors do still book your appointments (single and recurring), but you may cancel them online if you cannot attend. We always appreciate a ‘heads up’ when you are planning to be out (especially those with standing weekly appointments) and can help you reschedule any sessions you will be missing due to travel, etc.
