When you read the above quote from good old Joe, what do you think…?


If you think “hells yea, that dude was a genius!" -- GREAT! You’re right.


But I know that most of you are thinking things more along these lines…


“yea RIGHT!? I wish I could afford to take Pilates 4x a week.”

“um sure, maybe if we weren’t in the middle of a freakin pandemic?!”

“dude. I’ve been doing Pilates for YEARS and I haven’t seen these alleged results YET.”


I hear you. ALL of you. And I’ve got answers…


THE PROBLEM:

There are 2 scenarios I see going on with clients who are not where they want to be in their practice and I have a solution that will address BOTH.


1) CAN'T GET HERE
