Did you know those wonderful wafting aromas and seemingly little element of studio life is actually vitally important and so much more than just “potpourri.”


It’s a conscious decision as part of our overall wellness mission for you. A quest for your optimal performance — mind and body.

Aromatherapy, when using true, pure oils (not the junk at the dollar store ... please run away from those!!!) provides very real wellness support. Each day the oils we diffuse at the studio are selected intentionally ... from immune boosting one day, to invigorating and motivating another or happy and cheery yet another.

Try this to kick your next at-home zoom session into high gear: 2 drops peppermint 2 drops orange 2 drops grapefruit
