December 27th, right here at Revolution Mill in the1250 Gallery, Lesley Logan (my Pilates teacher, mentor and friend) will be teaching an open level Pilates Mat class at 10 in the morning. Get your tickets fast folks, they will sell out, so please don't miss the chance to move and laugh with us!
After mat class, Lesley is staying to teach a deep dive workshop (upstairs in the Pilates studio) on progressing into “Snake, Swan and Star” on the equipment for Pilates instructors and strong intermediate/advanced practitioners. Join Lesley Logan for a 50-minute in-person Pop-Up Class! What does that mean, you ask? This is all about bringing the Pilates lovers in our community together for a Pilates workout and hangout! You and your friends will move, flow and laugh together and Lesley will be live leading you through the class -- of course, I'll be there as your hostess! All Levels welcome! Perfect for clients or teachers!

A progressions workshop focusing on Swan, Snake and Star. We will primarily be using the Mat and Reformer. However, we will also show you how you can use the Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and more to get you into each of these “advanced” exercises. Receive 2 NPCP CECs.
SO WHO IS LESLEY LOGAN ANYWAY?
Lesley Logan, a 2nd generation certified Pilates teacher, breathwork, habits and mindset coach, is the founder of OnlinePilatesClasses.com, the first free online catalogue of Pilates exercise tutorials, where you can also find weekly Pilates classes and workshops. Teaching Pilates since 2008, she has run multiple studios, has trained hundreds of people to become teachers themselves and has taught thousands of students around the world. When not teaching from her studio in Las Vegas, she’s hosting her podcast Be It Till You See It or traveling the world leading Pilates retreats.
