CIP offers a number services and amenities for your comfort, convenience and well-being. We are pleased to offer Barre workouts as part of our menu.

Please note due to COVID-19 restrictions our in-studio (group) Barre classes are temporarily suspended.  However you can grab the flavor in many of our Zoom Virtual classes in the meantime!  See you online!

Barre is one of the most effective workouts and efficient ways to create a strong and healthy body at any age. The system focuses on sculpting the body proportionally so that it is equally challenged. The end result? A long, lean physique… without added bulk. Developed from a dance-background, you’ll enjoy the workout of a dancer and begin to feel and look like a dancer.
Using a series of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches, clients can achieve firm and fast results.
